Jumpering the charging circuit diode in
Futaba 9Z transmitter packs

This modification, when properly done, will not affect the operation of your
transmitter, nor will it void your warranty. However, do not attempt this procedure

unless you are comfortable with soldering electronic equipment!

1. Remove the screws holding the battery case together.
2. Carefully pry the case apart, and remove the battery with attached circuit board. Be careful! If you short the

battery terminals together, you could start a fire or damage the battery.

6. Carefully reassemble the battery pack.
