Jumpering the charging circuit diode in
Futaba T6XA transmitters

This modification, when properly done, will not affect the operation of your
transmitter, nor will it void your warranty. However, do not attempt this procedure

unless you are comfortable with soldering electronic equipment!

1. Remove 4 screws and open the back cover of the transmitter.
2. Unplug the battery for safety. Unplug the twisted wire from the back cover.

3. Solder a small jumper wire across the diode, as indicated.

4. Re-plug the twisted wire into the back cover. Plug in the battery. Reassemble the transmitter, being careful not

to pinch any wires.
