Jumpering the charging circuit diode in
Hitec Prism 7 transmitters

This modification, when properly done, will not affect the operation of your
transmitter, nor will it void your warranty. However, do not attempt this procedure

unless you are comfortable with soldering electronic equipment!

1. Unscrew and remove the antenna.
2. Remove 6 screws and open the back cover of the transmitter.

3. Remove 3 screws holding the microcomputer board, flip it over, and solder a small jumper wire across the diode,

as indicated.

4. Reassemble the transmitter, being careful not to pinch any wires. Replace the antenna.

5. Plug your SIRIUS CHARGE into the transmitter charging jack. The green TX LED will light on SIRIUS

CHARGE, indicating "charging".
